Testimonials

“In this last week I’ve realized the power of receiving legal advice directly from the organization that is in constant contact with California’s legislation. It’s invaluable. The Legal Services program allows our district quick access to CBAs, MOUs, and salary schedules for our neighboring districts, which is beneficial for our negotiations process. More importantly, the program also provides us with legal counsel beyond the general guidance CSBA could provide in the past. The pricing structure makes legal advice so affordable.” Dr. Cheryl Jordan, Superintendent Milpitas Unified School District, Milpitas
“The quality of the digital resources provided by CSBA's Legal Services Program is outstanding, but by far the greatest benefit of this program has been the incredible customized client services offered. Our CSBA Senior Legal Services Attorney's level of knowledge, communication skills, and legal expertise has proven to be an invaluable asset to our district.” Dr. Elizabeth Evans, Superintendent Valle Lindo School District, South El Monte
“We have been very happy with the legal support and advice provided by CSBA Legal Services. We use the CSBA GAMUT Service to maintain our Board Policies. So the legal advice is targeted and aligned with our Board Policies and Administrative Regulation which makes implementation efficient and consistent. The CSBA Legal Services staff is very responsive and thorough!” Graham Clark, Superintendent Fremont Union High School District, Sunnyvale
